The Samsung T101 is the first of 3 new series from Tracfones (the other two are scheduled to launch some time in April). The T101 is a variant of the Samsung SCH-r200 series and features a good 1.5" color screen that is bright and easy to read with your basic bar style design and layout. The keypad is nicely designed with large number buttons, very durable and great response for that easy to press feel. This phone is a basic price point for an average budget (no frills model that is very easy to use). Like most Samsungs, it has great signal strength with excellent audio quality. Another great thing about this little phone is the long 250+ hour stand by time. Despite the phone being pretty basic, it does come with Tracfone's data plan which allows you to get news, weather and download ringtones (No picture or Multi Media messages though). All in all, this little phone is great for those looking for an inexpensive easy to use phone and at only $15 for a new (not refurbished) unit, you can't go wrong with this one.
