Safe Link Availability

The Safe Link program is relatively new so it currently has limited availability. The program is currently available in Tennessee, Florida, Massachusetts, Virginia, Delaware, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Future expansion is planned for Alabama, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and District of Columbia. Since the Safelink program is partly funded by the state it is offered in, program requirements and the number of minutes given each month varies.
